We are the Executive Leadership Development Center, Saudi Electricity Company’s distinguished center for executive Intellectual growth.

OUR PROGRAMS

Our flagship program the “Targeted Talent Program” aims to serve all levels in the structural hierarchy of SEC; from the individual contributors to the Vice Presidents of all SEC business lines.

EVENTS & ACTIVITIES

At ELDC we aim to give a holistic learning experience and often this involves academic events hosted at ELDC, study trips, guest speakers and team activities and projects.
